South Tyneside and Sunderland NHS Foundation Trust provide School Nurses. These are Spacial Community Nurses who give support to schools with services such as health promotion. The Nursing Service is committed to working collaboratively with education to promote children’s physical and emotional wellbeing across South Tyneside.
